For some, the word queso conjures of images and smells of Queso Cotija, Queso Oaxaca, and many other of Mexico’s delicious cheeses.  For others, queso invites images of warm and delightful Queso Dip. For Queso’s Mexican Bar & Grill, it means both – and it’s something we’re extremely proud of.   Queso’s was created with the intention of being more than just another “authentic” restaurant; we sought out to be an honest restaurant.
